Glen Francis is the Chief Technology Officer of SPH. Glen is digital, connected and enjoys creativity and innovation. Glen founded CIO Academy Asia and was its past President. At CIO Academy Asia, he helped develop its brand and a thriving community of CIOs and IT leaders across the Asia region.

Dr. Ayesha Khanna is Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) solutions firm and incubator. She has been a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence, smart cities and fintech to leading corporations and governments. Ayesha also serves on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

Patricia (Pat) Yim, General Manager, IBM ASEAN, oversees IBM’s regional operations which include sales and distribution, manufacturing, procurement, global delivery, and support functions covering the ASEAN markets.

Pat and her team focus on helping clients, partners, developers and start-ups transform by applying IBM’s leading AI/cognitive solutions, cloud platform, and industry capabilities.

Bidyut Dumra is the Executive Director, Head of Innovation, DBS. With over 15 years of professional experience in multi-national organisations, Bidyut has taken on senior-management positions in media, entertainment, telecommunications, automotive, utility and aviation. His current role focuses on building and delivering ecosystems, partnerships, digital strategy and innovation.

Rosaline Chow Koo is the Founder and CEO of CXA. She built CXA through a combination of its unique technology with consulting and broking, seamless quality administration with insurance and flexible benefits. CXA’s SAAS platform is white-labelled by banks and insurers to distribute and digitally cross- sell to their captive SMEs, leveraging CXA’s deep data analytics expertise.

Dione Song is currently the CCO at Love, Bonito, she is responsible for driving the growth and strategy of Love, Bonito’s global expansion, fundraising and driving the brand’s performance and innovation. For her day-to-day, she oversees the Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Design, Business Development, Finance and Tech teams.

Ong Chin Yin is the Head of People at Grab. She is responsible for building Grab into a positive and personalised place to do purposeful work, learn and grow.

She has led numerous transformative programmes across organisational design and development, rewards, talent acquisition and management and industrial relations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Kemmy Tan Peck Mun is CEO of M+S, leading the business and operation of Marina One and DUO, two premier integrated developments with a gross development value of over S$11 billion, that were successfully completed in 2017. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Alistair Taylor joined Central Food Retail Company Thailand as Vice President in December 2004. In 2009 Alistair took on the role of President for Central Food Retail and since has led changes within the business to support its continual growth.

Oliver Tan is the CEO and Co-Founder of artificial intelligence company, ViSenze. As an ardent advocate of innovation, Oliver drives the vision and strategy for ViSenze.

Prior to this role, Oliver spent five years at Quann, an award-winning cyber-security startup

Sanjay Gujral, Regional Managing Director is a part of the leadership team and investment committee at L Catterton Asia, the world’s leading consumer investor. L Catterton Asia is a value-added investor focused on businesses that will benefit from the growth in lifestyle consumption in emerging Asian markets.

Mandy Lamb is currently the Group Country Manager, Regional Southeast Asia & SVP, Global Client Management for Visa Inc., based in Singapore. Mandy’s responsibilities span across Visa’s business within the Southeast Asia Regional markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Brunei.

Tony Lai has built a career spanning 20 years in the intersections between strategy, innovation, marketing and brand development. Currently he is the Director for brand, marketing and recruitment at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) Pte Ltd where he leads all marketing efforts in the region including Singapore.

Pontus is an Innosight Partner who has been based in the Singapore office for 5 years. During his tenure, he has worked across the region and has helped clients such as Johnson & Johnson, the Ayala Group, Caltex Australia and LG to address the challenges of innovation and new growth.
