Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all facilities
Act as the primary contact for all facility related issues
Act as project coordinator for all size projects, solicits bids and quotes from vendors
Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work completed according to specifications
Assists in maintaining building security and responds to building emergencies
Possess hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of coldroom system, equipment, machinery and fixtures and fittings including basic electrical works etc
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
Good communication skills
Self-starter and team player
Must be organized and provides deliverables in support of project plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints
Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
Diploma in Engineering or Facility Management/ NTC Certification in facilities management
